Returns Policy for HVAC Parts in Oman

You may request a return if the product was delivered damaged, you received the wrong HVAC spare part, the item has a manufacturing defect, the product is unused and in original packaging, and the return request is made within 7 days of delivery in Oman.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and not installed, must be in its original box with all accessories, invoice or order number must be provided, and the product must not show signs of installation attempt. Installed HVAC electrical components are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable HVAC Products

The following items cannot be returned: installed compressors, electrical control boards, refrigerant gas or sealed components once opened, custom or special-order HVAC parts, and clearance or discounted items.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect HVAC part in Oman, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photos of the product damage, outer packaging, and shipping label along with your order number. After verification, we will offer a replacement (subject to availability), store credit, or full refund if replacement is unavailable.

Refund Policy for Oman Orders

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refund approval will be notified via email. Refund processing time is 5 to 10 working days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

Return Shipping in Oman

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover the shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable courier service within Oman. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order and before the item is shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Warranty Information
